Why does MSE seem to be obsessed with compensation every time a company makes a mistake regardless of any actual loss to consumers. Yes they should be following the rules but why would anyone deserve compensation in this case?
The fact that you need to shop around to get the best price is extremely well known and well advertised. Shopping around or not shouldn't be a decision you need to make; it should be something that everyone does every time they are looking to renew an insurance policy.0
