    No, it's the date of the actual sale which is key in any mis-selling complaint.

    Contact the Ombudsman. Four months is far too long to wait.

    At least you can take comfort that your redress is still accruing interest while it remains unpaid.

    On the plus side, your interest is going up all the time and the £100 goodwill gesture certainly goes a long way to make up for the delay.
