"Staggering" and "stunning" are more than a little over the top in this context.

I got a full refund too. I was on holiday when they went bust, i had to pay again for my hotel. I also got £50 extra from the Halifax due to the time it took them to refund me. It's not staggering, it's exactly what should have happened, what is this post about really ?
