Simple answer is not to sell tickets to an adult with a child who can't be sat together on the flight. Update your software to do that, too expensive ? Tough.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

I think this is a case of 'be careful what you wish for'. We have had many threads on here with parents complaining about being expected to sit apart from their children and also from people who have been asked to move to accommodate families. By insisting that parents pay a non optional fee everyone will be happy , parents can be guaranteed to have at least one parent by the child, and those people who do book seats in advance will know they won't now be asked to move.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
