HSBC customers have been locked out of their online accounts for the second time this month, after the bank said it had "successfully defended" itself against a denial of service attack....

Yes the app is down so can't login at all.
Won't this be payday again for many - same thing happened last month. If you do it on payday you cause maximum chaos as the transaction volumes are greater. Whoever is doing this isn't stupid.0 -
Last time was an HSBC technical issue, this time it is a denial of service attack. Both are equally frustrating for us the customers though!What goes around comes around.....I hope!0

I think the website was brough down by the collective mind power of all the frustrated HSBC account applicants who are fed up with the downright moronic demands made by HSBC!!0
