I own and rent out a flat with economy 10 & are pretty certain our clocks were wrong having lived in the flat myself. Do you think I could get a refund?

- if you [or your tenant] have a contract with SSE and are one of the 16,000 that had a faulty meter I don't see why not
- I'm assuming that if the meter is in your name you would return that refund to your tenant who would be the real beneficiary
