    This 'news' story should not be referring to 'compensation' because the background to it is 'extraordinary circumstances' of fog and air traffic control problems where 'compensation' is not payable.

    It's a shame MSE appears to want MSavers to get a bit too excited about 'compensation'.
    Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.

    The fog, the damage to the ILS at STN and the issue at NATS dont tick any of the compensation boxes as they are all outside of the airlines control. So why bother with the article?
