I have just made the same mistake. [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] I've just noticed the time remaining resets itself once it reaches 0 and that the number bought doesn't seem to change! Please can you advise as to what action you have taken?

MY bean bags arrived a few days ago and they are really good quality, I had sent a cancellation email to them and they replied saying sorry they have been despatched which I did not believe for a moment. Such a relief. I was amazed. The website never worked for me [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] but I am sure yours will arrive,

The website does seem dodgy but I recieved my order and was happy. I even got a call back after leaving an online request but it did take 4 weeks!

Thank you for making me feel better. May I ask did you receive any order number or confirmation email for your order? I only received an email with login details. I am going to leave an online request now and hopefully they will get back to me asap.

I recieved nothing and the call back was after delivery. 2 large parcels by fed ex I had to sign for. I was really impressed to be honest. I told the lady who called, the website and lack of confirmation email scares the customer and she agreed.
