A friend whose first language is not English recently received one of PAS's unwieldy claim forms.
It runs to four A4 pages of convoluted text plus lists of things to tick. Also contains many onerous stipulations and requirements PAS want fulfilled - too numerous to list here.
It's like they've deliberately created so many obstacles that people will give up and not proceed with any claim.0
