Oh my budget is dead already .
I went to Tesco today to stock up on wine with their 25% of deal. I'm having a mini Xmas party next weekend for my friends as it is all our birthdays. The wine will do over Xmas as well.
Spends so far -
Sun - £49.47 (£29 lunch + £6.20 (coffee at airport) + £5.27 groceries)
Mon - £4 exercise
Tues - £51.00 (wine & groceries)
Total = £104.47/£80

Should be able to juggle some funds to cover it but could really have done without having to buy a new iron at this time of year!

Ended up with a 20p and 50p in my change which have gone in their pots so .... £2.94 spent out the misc fund

Fuel - carried forward to next week - I've got to go back to the hospital on Monday so will fill up then as only used 1/2 tank so far
The Misc spends ..... have have gone a bit wrong today - have set my spend at £65 to cover it .....
I allow myself £5 when I go to the hospital - it's an hour & a 1/2 drive (sometimes more) each way and TBH by the time I get there - I need coffee (so that was £1.80) but I'd also stopped at Mr A and got some cookies (I need to do something about this cookie obsession ) and some Ribena (thinking it'd be cheaper there than at the hospital) and that was £1.80 too.
I then spent 4 hours being poked & proded & x-rayed, saw Drs, Nurses etc, etc and then had 1/2 an hour to wait for a prescription so ..... another coffee (to get me through the journey home) - this one was only £1.50 tho!
So... that's £5.10 out my £5 hospital allowance but I had 20p's and 50p's in my change so these had to go to the tins - so had to make up the shortfall from the Misc money (around £1)
I've just joined both together (total £15) and have managed to add £5.50 to the Bus Fund pot so I guess it's OK.
Trouble is - I have to go back again on Monday - might have to dig out my flask! but I find coffee doesn't keep well in it (which is why I stopped using it) - wonder if hot choc would keep any better?

Evening everyone!
NSD for me yesterday.
Total for the week: £69.56/£70.00 (44p put into Wally the savings dog)
I had a nice £39.60 surprise from my old work's lottery. The place shut down last Friday and wasn't expecting anything back from it but had it dropped into work on Friday. I put it straight in the savings dog rather than splurging it. Am too sick to spend it anyway stupid flu.
Am going to pledge £70.00 again for next week.
Have a good weekend everyone xx

Right well i have finished the week with £27.55 in cash, £20 to be taken forward for my nails on tues this week. Will pot £2.55 of the £7.55 and take £5 forward.
However i also spent £33.90 and £10.25 yesterday so i could have a NSD day today as Sunday is usually guaranteed NSD. Will need to look at budget to incorporate spends on a saturday.
So for this week £151.60 / £135. ooops

Reserved new Iron (and paid for it) on Friday ..... long story - but have been refunded for it today (plus goodwill gesture ) so that wipes that out.
Fuel - carried forward to next week
Groceries - on track!
Misc spends - errrrr disaster
Overall it's probably a GREEN but the Misc spends were a disaster so don't really feel I can say it was a good week - can I go for a bust! ETA but I did manage to add £7.50 to the Bus Fund!!
