Our direct debit has gone up from 27 per month to 55 per month, and we were in credit. A bit more than 10%.....I'm looking into why.0

The annual charge is usually divided by 10 and that's it unless you've missed payments.Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

Easy if you are metered!
They estimate your water consumption and base their DD on that figure.
If you don't wash, bath or use the toilet! you use less than the estimate and end up in credit!0 -
My water bill is based on the rateable value system - my charges for this year are £231.94, based on my home's rateable value of £83. I pay £19.74 per month - how does this compare to other people whose bills are calculated based on their rateable value?0

That means that the total cost of 1 cubic metre (including sewage cost) will be over £5.5 wessex water is about to be the most expensive in the country0

I only wish my wages were going up by 5% this year, instead I have been on a 2 year pay freeze and will move up to 1% this year. Ok, I am glad to have a job but am simply not keeping up with the increases.0

So my pension rises by the lower CPI but they put up bills by the RPI index!!! How on earth can we cut back on a pension??0

Hi all
I am involved as an introducer for a water savings company ( i get paid commision on sign ups for filling in the paperwork and managing the changeover)
They guarntee savings of 8.33% per year each year for four years with guarnteed no price increases for four years.
Works out at one months payments per year x 4
I have saved a local working mans club £431 each year. A local car showroom £250 per year and a local garage £50 per year.... a fellow introducer has saved a garden centre £2500 per year
All x4 and all with guarnteed no price rises for 4 years.
I personally saved £36 per year on my home water.
Get in touch if you are interested.
Thanks in advance
James
This is total rubbish and spam......please no one fall for it.
There are NO cheaper tariffs within the water industry and ANY savings to be made can be done by you yourself..ie apply for a meter or get a SWD formThere is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;
So they break the hearts of kith and kin, and roam the world at will.
