I was going to go into the Bank of England after work tonight and pick one up just to see it... but then I realise the Bank of England closes at 3pm! Lazy bankers! :D
You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.

Thanks for posting a picture up, anyway. Don't think I've ever owned an old one, and doubt I will ever get my hands on a new one either.... :(

I wonder why they bother writing "SPECIMEN" on the images... if someone's daft enough to accept a note printed on paper they probably won't care if it says "SPECIMEN" either.
Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning

My previous Epson printer didn't allow me print copies of banknotes. It would only print out part of the image and a URL, possibly this one: http://www.rulesforuse.org/.

Interestingly my newer (well, I think it's about two years old now) Epson printer is quite happy to print copies of bank notes. :)

Interestingly, the title of this thread is called "NSE News". Not sure what the N stands for; Martin, what else are you the expert at saving - noodles? Nickels? Nincompoops?
