Hello,
Anyone have any thoughts on Orange's Home Broadband service? Good or bad!
Anyone care to recommend it to me (looks like we'd both get a 50 pound credit if you did) ?
TIA,
Simon

Orange is regularly at or near the bottom of every broadband survey (along with our good friends AOL and BT).

HORRANGE Customer Disservices are the worst bunch of cretins I've ever had the misfortune to attempt to deal with!!!!0

I thought they were ok (speed always been fine) until i wanted to leave and they charged me £29 for disconnection (well outside of contract) that wasn't in my original terms and conditions, they claim to have sent new terms and conditions through but I have never received. V annoyed.0

That £29 is due to a standard £25-ish cease charge levied by BT Openreach when you disconnect without using a MAC. Orange are simply recovering it from you.No free lunch, and no free laptop

I have been having orange broadband for about 3.5 years now and recently costumer services went from bad to worst. It took us weeks to sort out the problem with livebox, they were no help at all, not to mention that the internet is much slower than what you should get. The only reason we keep it is because we can call a 100 countries for free and as neither of us has families in England, it's very important for us.0
