We got stuck on Sunday unable to get out of Belfast to get to London. Although we were able to reclaim our flights and the theatre wonderfully agreed to move our booking to another date, we've lost the hotel as it was booked through Tesco vouchers and they will not amend the booking. It would have been nice for this company to recognise that these are exceptional circumstances and to display some flexibility.0
