Default Quick guide to completing the N244 Application Notice

Box on top right
Enter the name of your local court, claim number, names of both you and your bank and the date

Q1. What is your name or, if you are a solicitor, the name of your firm?
Enter your name

Q2. Are you a
Tick CLAIMANT

Q3. What order are you asking the court to make and why?
Enter the text “To accept a revised particulars of claim”

Q4. Have you attached a draft of the order you are applying for?
Tick YES

Q5. How do you want to have this application dealt with?
It's likely you'll have a hearing date set but tick WITHOUT A HEARING in case this is possible

Q6. How long do you think the hearing will last?
Leave this blank

Q7. Give details of any fixed trial date or period
Enter a date if you have already been given one by the court, or leave blank

Q8. What level of Judge does your hearing need?
Leave this blank

Q9. Who should be served with this application?
Enter "All parties"

Q10. What information will you be relying on, in support of your application?
Tick THE STATEMENT OF CASE box (and make sure your particulars of claim is attached)

Q11. Signature and address details
Sign and date the form here – not in the Statement of Truth section above
Enter your current address and contact details
