Sat - Chicken salad bowls with HM croutons
Sun - HM pizza, garlic bread and salad
Mon - Gammon steaks, Potato, leek and cheese bake, peas and carrots
Tues - HM haddock, fennel, pepper and pesto tart with HM coleslaw
Wed - Lasagne, salad, ciabattta bread
Thurs - some sort of pasta using any veg unused.
Puddings - selection of fruit, yogurts and icecream (I may make a fruit jelly or a caramel)
Breakfasts - Cereal and wholemeal toast

What's this please
Its a yummy delicious dish, but decidedly not for dieters......: you fry up some strips of bacon or lardons and sliced onions - when they are nicely brown, add cubed or sliced cooked potatoes and fry it all together for a bit.
Then transfer to an oven dish, pour some cream over it and top with thick slices of cheese (traditionally reblochon, but cheddar will do nicely)
Place in oven until it all bubbles and the cheese starts turning golden.
Serve with a green salad."Remember that many of the things you have now you could once only dream of" - Epicurus0 -
