Tescos is the same price as our local independants for unleaded petrol and 3p a litre dearer than Esso, (within an 8 mile radius)

Dont think the fuel prices are going to be coming down anytime soon.......

Wednesday cost of a barrel of oil was around $122
Today it closed at around $138 a barrel

    YIKES......................................

You mean the Asda and Tescos who get their fuel from the same refineries as the Shell, BP and Esso stations in your area?

I think you need to find your nearest refinery and spend a day parked outside it. You'll find it an eye opener.

Loads of people in the south east had problems(think it was only our area), but only petrol bought from supermarkets. So dont know what they were doing to it, but i've always been warned not to buy from supermarkets, the 2 times i did, my car broke, so havent been back since :)
