The full document, a leaked BT internal report, can be found here.

What are they doing?:mad:0 -
This is just appalling, what are BT thinking, I am ashamed of them.
As a share holder I am annoyed that BT have done such a unethical thing. I was already uneasy about their threatened use of Phorm/Webwise and this just illustrates why so many articles are being posted on the web trying to stop this insidious intrusion into our internet browsing.0 -
Simply put, this is outrageous. Sounds highly illegal to me. Just checking various laws, starting with Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act Section 1 says this is criminal offence.0

As another BT shareholder I feel the coming AGM might not be what BT were expecting. We are entitled to some answers to these and not lies or half truths. The videos of Emma when questioned over Phorm showed she was uneasy perhaps the fact she knew the truth and was avoiding telling it.
Sad day for BT shareholders this could refelct bad on the share prices when it gets out in the open properly.
Ian and Emma need to come clean on this and publicly appologise to the cistomers over phorm0
