Their cashback looks very attractive -if you ever get it.
Note that there are other moneysavers who have received it , but I know of 3 of us who have been conned.
Also if in any further doubt go to dooyoo and read the reviews on onestopphoneshop.
Just not worth the hassle in my opinion.

it was on orange, the 120 minutes plus 120 minutes tariff, can't remember the name.......
  • is the samsung d500 out yet? i've not seen it on the orange website. it sounds like a really great deal, especially when the e800 comes with only £40 cash back and the d500 is meant to have better specs (i.e. bluetooth, 1.3mp camera etc).

i disagree. i got cashback swift and with no problems. i would go back to the company again without worry.

if you stick to the rules these companies are fairly reliable...if you mess up a tiny bit then its your loss usually

  • WARNING AVOID OSPS

I got totally ripped off by OSPS & T-Mobile with a 12 months cashback deal. Amazingly my 12 months bill did not arrive. By the time I had obtained a copy bill (cost me £2.50) I missed the cashback period by 2 days! Horrid, arrogant customer services. They ignore emails etc. etc. etc.

Their deals look great but don't say you haven't been warned.

there are other threads re this company many of us did receive the cashback and free phone some did not, usally because some condition of the cashback was breached . so read through the thread and make up your own mind.

Nevermind the cashback, I didn't even receive a phone.
...but I did receive a 12 month contract with Singlepoint.

I'm never using them again: they fobbed me off for over a month and then when I canceled the order, they processed my number port anyway.
I then spent 3 weeks chasing up OSPS to send a cancelation notice to Singlepoint so that I could reclaim my phone number.
In the end Singlepoint took pity on me and let me out of the contract even though OSPS had still not sent them my cancelation notice.

our family have been thru 5 onestop contracts, and got all cashback but i know people that havent. the reason is you have to be spot on, sending the whole of the relevant bill at the allotted time and make sure they get it preferably by recorded delivery.

the way they offer such deals must partially be banking on some people not correctly claiming the cashback, as long as youre careful you should be fine.
