In light of a recent thread about pointless threads...

How many pairs of socks do you all have? What colours are they? Don't you get annoyed when you can only find one out of a particular pair of socks?

But most importantly...

How have socks helped you on your quest to become debt-free?

    I don't have 'pairs' of socks - just odd ones.:confused:

    if you had 50 black socks and 50 white socks NOT paired up what the lowest number of socks you would have to pull from the drawer before you had a matching pair?

    What irritates me is I can have a large pile of black socks, and none of them match...

    Hmmm now most of my socks have cats on them. I'm allergic to cats, but they look cute....

    My favourite socks are my socks with have OHs name on them...

    I always match my socks with my clothes-eg. pink top, pink socks...

    My socks are very important in keeping me out of debt, because without them I'd have too much time to spend wasting money :A

    There are socks in this house that disappear. I think the washing machine must eat them. Before washing there are two but when I sort them, there is only one. There have been dozens of such occurrences and I have them waiting in the drawer for their partner to appear but that never happens :confused:. This doesnot help make us debtfree as I blooming well have to go out and buy new ones :mad:
    The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best

    I have that problem too. Most annoying for sure.

    My fave socks are stripey ones but I do like trainers socks for wearing with my... er.... trainers!

    :jI have a draw full of black sock but can never find a pair- so I always have odd socks but not odd enough to notice- I LOVE THIS THREAD!!!!:p

    I got loads of socks for Christmas so I haven't had to buy any for ages, my faves are the ones made of bamboo fibre and ones with silk in.. very posh :)
