Virgin Media to drop premium rate support line

Virgin Media will drop premium rate charges to its technical support line in June, less than a year after they were introduced, the firm has confirmed.

I am afraid virgin media are worse than the most for being untrustworthy.

I'm not too fussed about the STM, yes I'd rather it not be there, but I prefer the way VM handle this and don't have a lousy 40GB per month limit and if you go over that limit too many times they either kick you off or charge you a lot more.
