Well, here's mine - I'm no masterchef and trying to ice these with a cocktail stick left a lot to be desired. Note to self, get an icing kit next time
for hubbies birthday tomorrow.

I made that little box to package them in.
and a birthday cookie

I'm just going to put this in a polybag and tie ribbon on.
All going in a hamper.
I should add the idea came from this lady here http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=152533.0

Hi, they look great, I'm intending to make some for valentine's day too. Can I just ask what icing you used, was it just water icing?
Also what recipe did you use for the biscuits...if you don't mind. I know i'm being cheeky0 -

Hi NikNak, I just used packet icing sugar and water and just mixed it up, not too runny though. I then got one of those white icing tubes in asda, they come in all colours and you get 4 nozzles with them for the outside edges and writing. The writing nozzle is a bit big so it was tricky. I did the outlines first then filled in the blue with a cocktail stick - it's all I had.
The biscuit recipe was this one, I doubled it up and it did the big biscuit and 20 little ones with a bit left, I just shoved icing on the other 10 so they didn't look like anything and my son can take them for packed lunch.

Would love to see yours when they're done NikNak.
Thank you all for being so kind about them.0 -
Wow, that's such an easy recipe. I'm glad I asked now, because the one I was going to use was so much more hard work lol0

They're lovely! Well done you
Just a teeny suggestion, if you've got any icing left, put his name on that big cookie under the happy birthday
