I am not sure, mine is a contract phone. I don't think so though. I think you can get 5 days for £2.50, have alook at their website0

T-Mobile announced a brand new service late last year, "web'n'walk Plus Daily - £4 for each day you use it". It does not work with old GPRS cards like my old Nokia D211 pcmcia card :lipsrseal .
You have to buy their new £100 3g modem dongle thingy then can top up the £4 units any time. Considering that the whole of the Travelodge chain offers either expensive/awkward to use internet connection or none at all, this could be very handy and offers broadband-like speed. Apparently, VOIP is banned but instant messaging is OK.

(The bluetooth connection to your mobile's modem method is rumoured to work on a contract T-Mobile phone, never seen it confirmed to work on PAYG.)0 -
Hi there.
To my knowledge t-mobile tariffs are the best value providing you have a t-mobile voice plan.
I have had terrible problems with talktalk and took out a web'n'walk plus flext price plan with t-mobile last May, and I couldn't recommend it more - great telephone support in the beginning (a few problems on either side) which were settled within 30 mins phone time over the course of three or four days. Since then, no problems, and 3 gig (effectively unlimited, I'm sure I've gone over loads of months) and internet whenever and wherever I can plug my laptop in. The price plan is reasonable - for example to get mine (web'n'walk Plus with flext 35, 500 xnet mins)now would cost 42.50 pcm for a year.
Cheers
Stan
PS don't know if links are allowed, but here's the t-mobile page (my plan is near the bottom) http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/shop/mobile-phones/price-plans/pay-monthly/webnwalk/plans/?ref=newhome_wnwplan0
