Hi Guys!!
Another week gone!!!!!!!!!!!
Here is my meal plan for this week:
Saturday-Lamb Chops, Boiled Pots, Cut Beans & Minted Peas
Sunday-Chicken, Roasties, HM Yorkies, Stuffing, Carrots, Cut Beans & Sweetcorn
Monday-Fish, Mash, Carrots & Cut Beans
Tuesday-Lamb Stew & Dumplings (SC)
Wednesday-Sausage Cassarole (SC) & Baked Spuds
Thursday-Shepherds Pie, Peas & Sweetcorn
Friday-Pie, Chips & Mushy Peas
Have everything in really, but will probably need some extras by the middle to end of the week....but should be OK:D Using up everything we have in the freezer including veg, so will use some veg up in the stews and cassaroles and use fresh for other meals. Will use baked beans to pad out the stew and shepherds pie. Will also be cooking for MIL/FIL about 3 times this week as MIL has just come out of hospital. Although she has 6 kids, none of the others will probably do anything:mad:
What you lot having then?

I did well last week, stuck to plan (mostly).
I'm off to look in kitchen now and will post shortly what I have planned...

I'm not sure what days we'll have what meals but so far I've planned:
Chicken pie with mash and veg
Enchiladas with salad
Frying steak in ciabatta rolls (part HM, from a mix) with veg and wedges
Jerk chicken with rice and veg
Sweet and sour sausages with rice and veg or bbq sausages with rice/mash and veg
I'm going to my folks place tomorrow and tonight I'm being treated to Chinese food but if anyone is hungry, then there's fish finger sarnies or beans on toast!

Here goes us, as usual just the main stuff on my list. Think we have enough in for lunches, darn apart from yoghurts for DS2, I knew I forgot something today! Will have to get those tomorrow.
Saturday - microwave something from freezer for me, chicken fillet and something for the boys
Sunday - was supposed to be roast chicken dinner but depends if it defrosts on time, just got it out
Monday - cooking off the big sack of mince today so tacos tonight (or chicken if it didn't defrost)
Tuesday - lasange & GB, making batch cook of bol sauce today
Wednesday - Sausages and something, either egg and chips or as toads
Thursday - out I think
Friday - Chicken, erm, curry? Yeah think that will do
Can you tell I am struggling with imagnation this week? Might be more inventive when it gets to the actual days but the meat part will stay the same this week even if I switch a few days about as that is what we have in.One day I might be more organised...........
