doubt it, most places need you to be over 25 and have 2 years experiance.
if its short term like a couple of days then you may be able to find some place which will charge a fortune but i dont know any off hand. any longer and i would bet it is cheaper to get a £400 banger and dump it when done.0 -

no you dont need to be over 25,my mate hires cars regularly from europcar and he is 23.if they can do it for a 23 year old i would imagine there are some out there who will do it,phone around or check some online....work permit granted!0 -
