Worth a go - BBC investigating cashback
Options
So angry - just been swizzed of £360 from OSPS. They denied having received the first bill needed for proof of porting. Rubbish. All of it was in there but I suppose I made the mistake of not stapling it together!!! It must have somehow got lost between them opening the envelope and processing the voucher. hmmm.
Anyway, You and Yours on Radio 4 had an item on cashback earlier in the week. Now they're looking for victims:

Worth a go as it doesn't look like I'll have much luck in appealing to OSPS myself.

If you complied with the terms, then they have breached them by not paying you.
You could use the county court small claims service and sue them for the £360.0 -
Just got my payment this week from CPW after using Small Claims route when they didnt respond to my repeated requests for my late cashback payment.
They also paid my costs of £50.00 (£30 court fee and £20.00 admin costs etc) on top of the £80.00 they owed me.
Done and dusted in approx 3 weeks.0 -
If they are late making a payment, and you decide to sue them for it, then sue for the total outstanding, not just the late payment. State that their failure to pay the amount due is a fundamental breach of the contract.0

Thanks for that info. It was my last claim on that particular contract so wouldnt have been able to apply it there, but will certainly remember it if there is a next time.0
