O2/CPW have agreed to let me cancel/give PAC codes for 2 of my contracts due to high usage of 0844/0845 access numbers. :money:
Can someone advise which operator is next best for international access numbers through the inclusive minutes? I know Orange/T-Mobile allow some access but I do not want to keep changing the access number as Orange were doing before.

This looks good. Although you need to pay for the charge of the overriding operator. I am assuming that with no other alternative number to call from mobile, the cheapest way is to have a pin to call a landline number which will direct you for international call.
