I regularly take Spatone for my anemia as an alternative to the usual iron supplement. I find iron tablets really hard to digest and Spatone has turned out to be an excellent alternative. You take it with either fruit juice or water although I don't recommend the latter as it does literally taste like metal!
After taking this for more than a year, I 100% recommend it!
