You entered a competition to win 2 tickets to The Four Seasons by Candlelight at the Royal Albert Hall on Saturday 13 October at 7.30pm. I’m pleased to let you know that you have won the competition and two tickets are now being held in your name at the Box Office for collection on the day of the performance.
I’d be grateful if you would confirm that you do still wish to attend the show (the tickets can be passed to someone else if not).

However, not only am I 200 miles away I have no desire to attened. I am quite happy to pass this on.
Not sure whether you would have to provide proof of identity to collect the tickets but surely a copy of this actual email would surfice.
