Hi one and all,
well after almost 8 months our day is almost here. My DH has his day in court on Monday 6th Aug against Natworst. He phoned our local court a couple of days ago just to check it was still on and was told yes it would still be going ahead and that the judge would make a definate decision on Monday. We've not received anything from Natworst in the post, so I take it off to court we go? BTW we didn't have to send in court bundle just take original documents with us. I shall let you know how it goes:money:

May I respectfully give you some advice. Before going check the threads on this site and CAG for arguments that could be used as to why a stay should not be granted. I posted some arguments on a thread arguments against a stay. I beleive that CAG may have some info as well. When arguing against a stay avoid being rude about Natwest just make your points without any political undertones and sound as reasonable and fair as possible.
Good Luck and let us know how things go.As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person0 -
this will be interesting.... let us know how you get on and any advice you can give others from your experiences at court....0

Morning all,
Only 3 1/2 hrs to go until court. I'm having trouble finding information I can print off to further our case for reclaiming. I've got all the statements and letters from Natworst and the letters from the Courts but I would be grateful if anyone could give me some help as to what else I could take to help my DH case?0 -
