Note 1
The following accounts all have base rate guarantees but even with the Bank of England hike they still beat their guarantee:

Bradford & Bingley ESavings 4 (6.26)
Heritable Bank Easy Access Issue 1 Yearly interest (6.06)
Mansfield Building Society First Class Tracker Issue 7 (6.05)

Heritable Bank 90 Day Notice Issue 4 or 5 (6.00)
Anglo Irish Bank 7 Day Notice (5.90)

Alliance & Leicester Premier ISA (8.1)
Egg Cash ISA (6.05)
Bradford & Bingley ESavings ISA (6.05)

Of course, these accounts may still see a rise in interest rate.

Note 2
Egg only guarantee their Egg Savings rate for those accounts opened before 1 January 2007.

Request for info:
I've added a regular savings section with only Nationwide mentioned so far. Do any other providers give guarantees on regular saver rate rises?

Need to know whether there are any closed accounts that still have guarantees.

Please mention any mistakes. :)

The Loughborough Regular Saver + (closed account) has a guarantee until 31.03.09 to be at least 2.50% above BOE. Which means that they finally have to increase from 8% to 8.25%. :j (or 1.5% below BOE if 11 from 12 monthly payments aren't made or you make more than 1 withdrawal per year)
