Reduced sugar jam recipes

I have a glut of strawberries and want to make some reduced sugar jam with them.
Anyone got any good recipes, please?

    I dont know I am afraid, but maybe if you added extra pectin to help it set?

    This site has the only low sugar jam recipes that I know of, but you will need Splenda, not sugar, and keep the jam in the fridge.

    have any old stylers out there got a recipie for low suger/diabetic jam

    is it easy to make

    surly its not that differnet to normal jam (which by the way i have never made so i am niavely assuming it is easy)

    First Anniversary Combo Breaker

    Diabetic Strawberry Jam
    4 Cups strawberries (halved)
    1/2 Cup concentrated white grape juice (simmered down from 1 1/2 cups)
    2 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon rind (grated)
    1 1/2 Tablespoons unflavoured gelatin
    Place berries juices and lemon rind in saucepan.Mash berries slightly to release juice. heat to boiling. Sprinkle with unflavored geltatin. Remove from heat, skim and pack into hot jars with hot lids.
    Cool to room temperature before freezing.

    last year i just boiled up a load of blacberries with splenda until it thickened and then kept it in the fridge.. i didnt use any gelatine or anything and it was lovely

    doesnt keep as long as shop bought jam but u could freeze the berries and keep making it as needed

    I made strawberry jam yesterday in the breadmaker and i was shocked by the amount of sugar i had to put in (equal amount of fruit and sugar)Is there another way of making jam but using less sugar .Can i use sweeteners instead of sugar?
