I've noticed a few posts asking for explanations of the acronyms being used here. I've done this quick list - if you can think of any more, please add them.
OR = Official Receiver
IPA = Income Payment Agreement
IVA = Individual Voluntary Arrangement
IPO = Income Payment Order
DMP = Debt Management Plan
BR = bankrupt/bankruptcy
BRO = Bankruptcy Restriction Order
CCCS - Consumer Credit Counselling Service
DFW = Debt-free Wannabe
SOA = Statement of Affairs
HPA = Hire Purchase Agreement
DCA = Debt Collection Agency
I'll ask that the thread be made a "sticky", but I'll ask for it to be left open so that others can add their contributions to the list.

That is so funny :rotfl: I thought it was Old Husband. Then realised some members that I thought were men used it, so I thought they were gay. Took me weeks to realise it was other Half.....:D:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0 -
LO is used for Little One- as in child. I had no idea what this was for ages, but it's kind of cute.:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0
