Orange charging for PAC codes ?

Orange charge line rental for the 30 day notice period initiated by requesting a PAC. The MNP PAC Debit is the charge for the period between the porting date and the end of the notice period.I've just kicked Orange into touch on my pay monthly and gone with O2 - on the final bill it looks like they've charged me £4.70 odd for the PAC code - no mention made of any charge when I told them I was dipping out. Anyone else been charged ?
You should then be credited for any line rental paid in advance for the period between the porting date and your billing date.0
