Has anyone bought the book that goes with the series? Is it worth it?
I like the programme, but it doesn't go into great detail and I won't remember it all anyway!

if I ordered this book, is it from a clubb that you have to buy ' so many in a year' or can you just use it as a one off. Its a great series and would love to read her book. Can someone please answer for me. Thanks

saw this thread just after I'd ordered it from Amazon!!! Ah well at least it was 55% off / £7.65 so not too bad. I also had the impression that these book clubs tied you in ..... is that wrong?
