Got a exchanged phone without sending e2save the faulty one
This is very weird and I would like some advice.
I signed up e2save KG800 clearance orange contract phone around 23 Dec 2006, when the phone arrived it turned out that the phone was locked into a Virgin network, I then called e2save about this and they said I can exchange and give me the address asking me to post the "faulty" one. Yet later I decided to just unlocked the phone (cheaper than exchanging post anyway) since I will be giving this phone away as a gift, so I did not bother to go through the exchange.
Now, today, I got a special delivery package, and you guessed it, it is the exchange phone CPW logistics sent me. I think this is really weird since I did not send in my phone.
Is it my fault so that I have to paid the postage again to return one of them?

You shouldn't really be paying any postage what so ever. The mistake was theirs so they should pay for it to be sorted out.0

is it true that e2save stopped email supporting for customers?
I just thrilled even thinking of calling the bloody CS number and wait 20 mins.0 -
There is no reason why you should have to chase them up over this, email them, and let THEM do all the leg work. If they want it, they should come and pick it up.0

Thanks shareef, will wait a while see if they contact me first.
anybody knows a customer service mailing address ( not necessarily email address) of bloody e2save?0 -
I had a similar situation with e2save, eventually after all their staff telling me I had to return it and they would credit me (like I would trust e2save even for a fivers postage!) they sent a courier to collect it.
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, would never deal with them again, even for all the cashback in the world0 -
I think you've left something out of the explanation. In effect they think you've ordered the replacement phone, and I don't see you saying that you cancelled it when you changed your mind. I'd call them without waiting for them to contact you, as if you do nothing it's fairly likely they will be asking for a phone back. If you want both phones try negotiating a discount to save on postage.0

thanks redux, in fact I don't want the phone, just don't want to pay the postage. Will contact them anyway.0

They sent the replacement to save you time and aggro. You agreed to post the other phone to them. You have the replacemnt you requested so you need to post it back or arrange collection. Ask them if they can send you a prepaid package or something to do it and make sure you get proof of posting/collection but it shouldnt be at your expense as the phone they sent you originally was locked. They are not mindreaders and do not know you changed your mind though. I would be glad of the quick service but give them a call and ask them to collect as it is their phone now.Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0
