Cheapest Chat use a 0208 access number and if you are calling it from a landline you will be charged by your provider at their going rate,unless you have inclusive minutes.

So if you havent got inclusive minutes it appears you have been charged at correct rate.

Their T&C are clear on this:

" Our access numbers are available from BT, Telewest and NTL landlines, mobile phones, pay phones and other call providers. Always obtain the bill payer’s permission. Calls from mobile phones or payphones may be surcharged by your operator. We cannot influence the rates charged by other operators as non-BT operators set their own charges on their billing systems. If you have an unlimited call plan or an inclusive minute mobile plan calls to our 020 8497 xxxx access number may be free. (If you do not have an unlimited plan you will be charged by your provider for the duration of the call to our 020 8497 xxxx access number).

All rates are per minute, inclusive of VAT and all calls are billed per second. Charges apply from moment of connection to CHEAPESTCHAT. A connection fee of 4p applies on every call and is charged when the call abroad is connected. All rates are correct as of 18th October 2006 & may be subject to change without prior notice"
