Did you get the jeans for 11p from additions?

If you did - i know there's been shananigans. I've been talking to the Mirror about doing a story - and it is interested, they will need to talk to people who ordered them.

Ordered 3 pairs on the same day as original post. Delivery day came and went and got cancellation email. 3 pairs of jeans turned up last week, charged 11p each on invoice. Received Additions statement, £3.50 p&p charged then recredited and 33p in total for jeans owed. So happy bunny, no complaints.

I ordered 10 pairs (4 for mr divadee, 4 for my brother and 2 for my dad) all diff sizes, they cancelled all the order except for my dads 2 pairs, which 1 pair off has arrived, but not the second pair yet.

What has annoyed me is that i have paid £3.50 postage for 1 item. when i dont know if i would of bothered to ordered them as they are about the same price as tesco jeans this way. Will wait and see if my 2nd pair turns up.

hi, I ordered 16 pairs of varying sizes, they said they were all out of stock and sent me a letter to tell me, then a few days later I got a letter saying the products were mis-priced and my order had been cancelled, they then sent a letter to say that some items would be back in stock in three weeks time, and I recieved eight pairs of the larger sizes that day! they billed me 11p per pair & £3.50 p&p.

i ordered and they got back to me saying i didnt have enuff money in my bank account which i blatantly did as i had been paid, and the order was less that a fiver!

i tried kicking up a fuss via email with them as they were being awkward and snotty but they still insisted i didnt have cash in the bank. checked bank balance and they confirmed i did, relayed this back and they basically said tough luck. if i want to re order i can.... at teh higher price

im happy to talk about this to anyone

I was told they would be recouping the money by amending peoples accounts to show £11 a pair - you could send them back if you weren't happy. I argued with them and said i would happily go to court and they said i could pay the original price, but.. I only received half my order..it says on my online account they were dispatched and now additions are looking for them...hoping they'll find them before I get them i suppose. I hold an account with them and I received my statement which said they were all 11p a pair. I'm still waiting to hear where the others are.

no jeans, called day after delivery due told order cancelled, no info from them until 2 days after due delivery date, then cancellation email arrives stating why not place another order at the correct price?

why not chat to the mirror instead?

Hiya, I got my 4 pairs last week and they were very nice! When I emailed them to say I haddent recieved them by the delivery day they said they were out of stock and I'm not supprised lol.

Have been charged the 11p plus p&p Sarah x

I got my letter to say that the order had been cancelled, and thought that was that, then heard a knock at the door on Thursday and all 4 pairs arrived! The best 44p I've spent! (And they fit too)
