Hi
I've spoken to a journalist at the Mirror who is interested in following up this story and hopefully it will put more pressure on Additions to deliver and not charge the £11.
If you are willing to chat to her on the phone please can you send your phone number to andrea@moneysavingexpert.com with a couple of sentences about what happened to you.
This may happen today or tomorrow - so the sooner you can get in touch the better.

I ordered no more than 20 minutes after initial post but have never received anything other than endless email responses to my queries stating that it was a price error and they will not honour it. Funny that, as lots of people who ordered after me got theirs so it seem sto be a lottery!0

I ordered and then heard nothing. Delivery date came and went and I phoned them direct. Was told that they were out of stock and that they would be in I think around the 27th Feb. I would definitely get them then. Next came an email to say that they were cancelled due to a pricing error so I definitely wouldn't be getting them. Emailed back and asked why it had taken them so long to get in touch and had they taken my money. Forgot all about them and then on the 10th of this month they were delivered. £3.50 postage plus 4 x 11p. This came out of my account as £3.61 (delivery + 1 pair), 11p, 11p & a final 11p. So all in all 4 pairs for £3.94. Only downside is they're too big but I'm not sending them back!!!!!If I had known then what I know now . . .

I ordered 12 pairs jeans on the morning after the intial post, it was about 2am as i could not sleep. I registered on the additions website, and ordered the 12 pairs, some being size 32", and some being 34". I tried to email them about the orders, and that people have received the pairs they ordered, and we had not. But i go not joy so i left it and deleted all the emails. Only when i have read this thread again, ive seen that people are getting these orders through..
So i need some help, ive ordered these, but how do i get them to follow through on the order.? Ive received no orders saying they are cancelled apart from the intial first one, ive had no others. My account still says this..
So, whats the step of getting these people to pay me what im owed...!
Im also willing to speak to the Mirror...(we hate the Sun) aslong as my details are kept secret as to what i do..

My order was cancelled or so I was told the day after my delivery was due and only when I called to find out what had happened to 4 missing pairs of size 36 waist jeans for my husband for which I had received a confirmation of my order except that obviously meant nothing. Told it was a pricing error on their website and so my order had been cancelled but like some other people my order had disappeared and got lost in their system almost instantly after being placed/confirmed by email. I know others had the same problem too and couldn't track/see their orders when they logged on either.
My order was confirmed by email on Wed 26th Jan @ 10:01:41am
Delivery was confirmed to be due on the Tuesday 2nd Feb:
"Thank you for your order.
4 KW7526 BROOKER MEN'S MANSIZE JEANS - Delivery by 6pm tue
have been ordered."
Then Thurs 3rd Feb @ 10:56:24am, I get the email saying:-
Thanks for ordering the Brooker Men's Mansize Jeans, (KJ7526).
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices are correct on our website,
I am afraid that mistakes do sometimes occur which can result

At the time of your order, the price of the above item was incorrectly
listed. The correct price of the item is £11.00.
In line with our internet terms and conditions, we have now cancelled

any card payments already authorized.
In the meantime, if you would still like the goods at the correct

[What Apologies? Oh you mean after I called you to find out where these jeans had got to and after you failed to deliver at all/on time]0 -
Funny that.. I heard diddly from them until i asked where the other jeans were and then suddenly i got all the £11 a pair or you're welcome to post them back. I said that was the first I had heard of it and was told emails went out to everyone on 2nd Feb...well i didn't get one or they'd have heard from me sooner:mad:0
