Did you get the jeans for 11p from additions?

Ordered 8 pairs not long after the initial post, got emails telling me it was mispriced on website and no jeans would be sent out unless i wanted to pay the full price for them, day after the email I got a parel delivered to my house with 8 pairs of jeans. Shame they're not my size tho.

I think you will find that Martin has said the Mirror are interested in doing a story with him on the jeans from Additions fiasco and not The Store and their digital camera.

I ordered 4 pairs but didn't receive them. Played email tennis with them for a week but just got the standard "refer to our T&C's" rubbish. Gave up in the end.

i didnt get any jeans, but then i wasnt charged so no contract has been formed. Up to Additions to keep customers happy though.....but thats up to them.....just wont bother with them again....until the next bargain of course!

However, i was lucky enough to get 10 digital cameras.......had to fight though!......the store screwed up as they sent the cameras with an invoice......they tried to debit my account with the full amount and i threatened them with legal action if they persisted......they didnt have a leg to stand on....they gave me the crap that their legal dept have said they could charge the full amount...i said UK contract law supercedes any rubbish (ie. T&C'S) you may choose the publish on your website.....took 15 emails, 5 phone calls though and 2 months to sort though

made decent christmas presents......win some lose some.....though it would be nice additions honoured the order....even if they only sent one as a gesture of goodwill....in reality its cheap advertising, provided it isnt done too often (otherwise it cheapens the brand).

If they have taken the money a contract has been formed...they should supply the items.....this is simple contract law....their T&C's dont mean anything...any idiot can write T&C's on a website!

they may use the lame excuse that they cant source the items....then you could request that they provide you similar items to the same value.....Trading Standards can advise you on this.

Keep onto them if you wish...you could report them to Trading Standards..really easy via their website.....
