OK, I've been thinking about this for a while now. Often when I see a useful thread or one that has been looked after for ages, the person who put it up or who puts in the time to administer it has hardly any 'Thanks'es. Maybe they'll not win post of the month but they at least deserve a little thanks. So I propose we set up a 'Thanks FlashMob' to set the record straight.
Here's how it goes. Sign up here to say that you'll take part and, if you have a poster who you think does not have the 'Thanks' he or she deserves, post the name of the poster, a little explanation (see below!) and the relevant thread here. I'll put the current FlashMob beneficiaries here (on this first post) and we'll all boost their 'Thanks' for, say, three or four days (click on the link and then click on their Thanks button) so that they get a concentrated burst of goodwill! Then, once our work is done, we'll move on to the next beneficiary.
By becoming a member of the FlashMob, you agree to go around and right the wrongs that are being done by people being too lazy to give their 'Thanks'.
Spread a little happiness!

The thread has been viewed over 110,000 times and their Thanks count is a terrible 81 in total and just 43 for that thread. Where's the justice in that?
Loops has done a brilliant thread with everyone's piccy in it (not mine as I'm a minger! ), 4830 views - 54 thanks. What's that about?
