  • Hmmmm

There are a number of spelling and formatting errors on that site ... it detracts the impact slightly and makes one wonder whether it is "safe".

    Presumably your transaction went smoothly?
  • You might save money but it could be very costly to the person who gets run over by a speeding motorist.

Hi. It would be useful if you could put the information on the offer in your title so that people can see the bargain on the thread list, please

With the title you have at the moment it looks like you are having a rant rather than pointing to a bargain ;)

Not quite sure what thats got to do with the posting of a great offer. Surely that's the whole point of this site!

You would save even more money by not buying the detector and just not speeding thereby saving money and lives.
  • there have been rumours that radar detectors may soon be made illeagal along with radar jammers. I seem to have noticed a lot of reductions on them for this reason and think retailers may be trying to shift all the stock before they start to lose out... have no idea when or if this wil even happen though.
  • See more info about the proposed ban here

Speed isn't dangerous in itself, it's speed in the wrong places that's dangerous. The problem is that the government (or the police forces) aren't differentiating between the two with their now random positioning of cameras, which it has been proved are no longer cutting the level of road deaths..

Ampalian.com - thankyou for changing the thread title.

Yes, I own one and I'm delighted with it.

As for all the anti speeding posts I'm anti speeding too. We've all inadvertently done 35 in a 30 zone.

What I'm really against is the cameras that are not for road safety but are simply "government cashpoints".

Some are good and right, outside schools, in accident black spots etc. The rest are a rip off.
