A friend just sent me a link for a free mini cruise from Newcastle to Bergen in Norway. Just booked it online and phoned up to confirm. It all looks legitimate and there are still places available.

Has anyone got any feedback on this? Are they any good?

Thank you Salster! Booked for Feb and got a cabin for 3 with a seaview. Didn't book any meals, does anyone know how much they are to buy onboard?
thanks!

Tried to book it for my parents, but arrival time was 10pm at night
and then it departed at 11am the following morning!
Once I added meals it came to around £100 with almost no time in Bergen.
Am I missing something?0 -
Excellent, looks almost too good to be true! Note that on the Saturday sailings, you don't really get a great deal of time in Bergen - the ship arrives 22:00 on the Sunday night, and leaves at 11am the next day. The Tuesday sailings arrive 22:00 on the Wednesday, but don't depart until 17:00 Thursday, so you get the day in Bergen. I phoned them up to confirm these times and they are correct.
I tried to add on the buffet breakfasts but it wouldn't allow me to do it - might ring them up and add them on, as it says it's cheaper to book them beforehand.0 -
