Not sure if anyone offers this anymore. I used to get it from Hertz but that was part of a corporate rate0

Most still offer the service, although there's often restrictions on where you can pick up or drop off the car. Hertz certainly do, as does easyCar, and many others.
However, I'd thoroughly recommend YesCarHire.com. Awful name, but some great prices. I've used them repeatedly throughout the world, and I've never had a problem.
You should be able to get something for around £60 from the 'big boys', but cut that by 50% or so through YesCarhire.com. Also, don't forget to look at cashback sites for a commission, too.0
