I have had my first cash back from Phones 2 u direct

I sent in my claim at the right time.

After 50 days (they promise payment in 45) I emailed them. 3 or 4 days later I got an email stating they had not had my claim. I emailed back to say I had sent it recorded and a signature was on the royal mail website confriming they had received it. I go no reply to this email so about 5 days later I faxed them a copy of everything (including signature)

A week later having heard nothing I called them (I found a number which works) and asked for confirmation of address so I could serve small claim. They then said they were looking in to it and could I wait a couple of days. That was Friday and cheque arrived this morning.

So I can put a lie to all the suggestsions that they never pay out at all and that they have gone out of business. However given the level of hard work I don't think I will take another contract with them which is a shame because their deals are some of the most competitve around and they only have 3 calims rather than the increasingly common 5.
