Dear all, I appreciate your help:
My gf bought a Sony Ericsson K608i from The Mobile Outlet in October 2005. This phone is on a 10 months free contract. However, TMO has been very sneaky and did not provide any documentation of this.
DOES ANYONE HAVE PROOF OF THE 10 MONTHS FREE DEAL?? Any forms that came with your phone, or any screenshot (I took one when I bought my own, but not from TMO)? Basically she needs it to back up her complaint.
Because she has made her first cashback claim, and only after some haggling (we all know the T n C's changed in the other thread) she received a cashback, but FOR THE WRONG AMOUNT. WHen we called in (and finally got connected) they said she was on an 8 months free deal, which means they altered her offer details!!! My gf doesn't have any documentation so if anyone has anything on this please please PM me or something!

if she hasn't got the details, then would someone else's details be sufficient, as it is no proof that it is her deal. It would only prove that the other person had that deal. was she sent no paper work at all?0

Well she didn't have any paperwork regarding cashback sent to her and it was so difficult calling in. How can TMO even get such a thing wrong?! (assuming no foul play)
The cashback amount, etc may be on a normal piece of paper (eg terms and conditions) so it might be possible to get myself a copy as proof for them. The other thing (but much more tedious) is just to prove that such an offer was available during that time when her mobile phone was booked but I think TMO would not reveal what offer they ran during that month, or would not tell the truth anyway.
If anyone has purchased this phone please come forward

Or if anyone who has bought his/her phone from mobileoutlet please tell me what documentation came with your phone, specifically where it was written what deal your phone was in, or how much cashback you can claim.
Something like "Your phone is on a xx month contract with xxx and you will get yy months free with a total of zzz pounds claimable in months 6 and 12"....??
If possible I would like to see a copy of that... thanks a million!0
