from the ebay community boards:
"Please note: Even though the "Sell Your Item" form may show you have been charged the full Insertion Fee as well as the Gallery listing upgrade fee, if your item is eligible you will see from the "My Account" section of "My eBay" that the promotional fees have been applied to your listing. I thought I received an offer for 10p listing this weekend for items in the category clothes, shoes etc. I have just listed a few items and they have come up at 15p and I cant find anything on the site.
Please help, am I going mad or have I dreamt this??
