unfortunately i have already been with love film last year and got free cinema tickets and a month of rentals , so i cant go for this deal
this seems worth the effort of joining up though , just remember to send back the film straight away and cancel your membership

to start with you have to put ten films on your 'list ' i.e. films you want to see and you dont mind them sending
you then have to take delivery of one film and return it
as far as i can see that is the terms for the £18.00 cashback
i think i remember that they wont cancel your account until they have the film back , with three days to spare , if you check the t+c i'm sure it's do ablemy favourite food is spare ribs0 -

Done this a few times a few years ago. You used to be able to change your address before you cancelled and you have sent the films back. This address is the one they keep on the system, so you can do it again

I did this when it was £15 cashback and got it no problems. Also I cancelled on line, you can only do this after 10pm otherwise you have to phone.0

I signed up for the free 2 week trial with lovefilm through quidco and ended up getting stung by them and being charged for a months rentals because they wouldnt let me cancel my membership, even though they had recieved my dvds back, as they said i had to cancel my membership a minimum of 5 days before my trial end date was due - TOTAL SCAM!
When i tried to cancel they said i couldnt because i had dvds 'pending' tp be sent out..they hadnt been sent YET..but were 'pending' - when i checked my account i wasnt pending anything. My partner had a trial with love film and they were terrible to try and cancel with. Kept telling him he had to cancel within a certain time span in the month. Can't remember exactly was a while ago... But i wouldnt go anywhere near them. They will end up taking your money some how...0

These people are a nightmare. Even if you do manage to cancel successfully they will still keep sending you junkmail afterwards, both by post and email, regardless of what communication options you chose at sign-up.Thanks to all who post constructively.
