MWV to MPG4 for free?

Can anyone recommend a linkie for a free converter of MWV to MPG4??
I have bought a Sansa Fuze for DD for Christmas and have managed to get some free films for her from Blinkbox (codes on discount board) but it doesn't like MWV's.
I have googled it, but there are so many options I have no idea which is the better one to use; one that isn't going to upset my systems!

I use ERightsoft's SUPER v2009 Build 36. You can download it from afterdawn.com: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/super.cfm

I downloaded this in the past but found that it was not free (unless I'm wrong
). I find that Super has been able to convert every file I have tried and it is definitely free.

Super is excellent although the interface is not the most intuitive.It's my problem, it's my problem

This one is legally free unlike my other post and works with XP Vista W7 and will directly convert video for playback on your PSP, iPod, iPhone, Apple TV, PS3, Xbox, Zune, Creative Zen, Archos and other digital multimedia devices.

I cannot get any of them to work, they all come up with an error and something about unsupported media???
