Smyths £500. The Toys have arrived!
Here is the link for the pictures that I have taken of the toys and games that we chose with our £500 voucher. Thanks again to Lakshmi7 for the post and to everyone that posts. Xmas is gonna be awesome this year and I have taking care of the nieces and nephews birthday presents for next year as well!

Smyths £500 Sorted
Hi all thanks very much for your suggestions. we phoned a different manager again and he said that if we send the gift card with a shopping list to him they are more than willing to pack it all up. all we need to do is arrange a courier, which i have found on ebay for £9 and they will transport up to 30kg. so hopefully we are getting sorted.. many thanks again

Smyths WON'T let us spend the voucher online! Help?
I have just chased Smyths on the phone, after they didn't reply to my email. i have spoken to the customer services in Ireland and the store in Salisbury. They both say that the vouchers cannot be spent online. It will be a six hour round trip for us, has anyone got any ideas on what we can do????

I can't believe it, I received a phone call yesterday morning form someone saying i had won a competition, but in the moment i didn't take in what they were saying or what the prize was or anything. i was too excited. Then this morning the postman arrived with a gift card for £500 for Smyth Toy Superstore. Perfect timing for Xmas and it will be an amazing Xmas for our 2 year old daughter who has got cerebral palsy, whom we can now buy things that will help her alot. The only problem i can see is that we live in Cornwall and the nearest store is in Wiltshire, does anyone know if you can use the gift cards online and get things delivered?
